RETURNS


Our return policy is valid for 30 days . If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused , in perfect condition, and in its original packaging .

Non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or substances

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health or personal care items

To make a return:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
⚠️ Do not return your item directly to the manufacturer.


Partial refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted for:

  • Books showing signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, games, cassettes or discs already opened

  • Items damaged or incomplete for reasons not attributable to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Processing refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and our decision to approve or decline your refund.

  • Refund approved : It will be automatically processed to your original card or payment method within a few days.


Delays or lack of reimbursement

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (possible processing delay).

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale or promotional items

Only full-priced items can be refunded.
Items on sale or on promotion are not refundable .


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is granted, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Sending a return

For any item worth more than €75, we recommend:

  • To use a delivery service with tracking

  • Or take out insurance for your package

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of shipment.
